The October Surprise Triathlon takes place on St. Croix’ east and at Cramer’s Park and offers a sprint distance and super sprint (try-a-tri) distance race.
Pre-registration is required at Stamina Sports.
Sprint: .5 mile ocean swim, 14 mile hilly east end loop bike and 3.1 mile hilly run.
Super Sprint: .25 mile ocean swim, 6 mile hilly bike and 1.5 mile mostly flat run.
Relays are welcome!
